Erminia Lopez

Erminia Lopez, 97, of Chamisal passed away on March 17, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Abedenago, parents, Jose Inocencio & Beatrice Cordova Lopez, brothers and sisters, Max and David Lopez, Loyda Fresquez and Rosa Abeyta, stepdaughter, Lillian Lopez, grandson, Joey Lopez and great grandson, Joey. She is survived by her sister, Carlota Roybal of Santa Fe, children, Naomi Romero (Louis) of Las Vegas, NV, Jose Lopez Evelyn) of Lower Ojito, Gloria Lovato (Raymond) of Reno, NV, Annabelle Fresquez (Albino of Lower Ojito, Irene Rodriguez (Roger) of Chimayo, stepchildren, Tomasita Ortega of Grants, Celina Lopez of Grants, Erminio Lopez (Andrea) of Chamisal, Kate Casaus (Erminio) of Rio Rancho, son in-law, Nemecio Lopez of Lower Ojito. She is also survived by grandchildren, Shelby and Robert Romero, Manuel and Michelle Lopez, Dean and Lori Fresquez, Sheila Cantrell, Beverly Rodriguez, Melissa Roque, several step grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and other extended family. Evening services was held on March 20, 2010 at Rivera Chapel in Taos and on March 21, 2010 at the Penasco Presbyterian Church. Funeral service was held on March 22, 2010 at the Penasco Presbyterian Church with interment following at the upper Chamisal Cemetery.
