Esequiel Gus Garcia

Esequiel “Gus” Garcia, 86, of Taos passed away on January 28, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Virigilio and Adelina Garcia, sons, Lloyd Garcia, Mario and Joseph Jeantette, maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Jeantette Garcia, daughters, Joyce Cruz, Janette Ortiz, Elaine Diaz and Lisa Jeantette Mondragon, son, Andy Jeantette, 17 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, sisters, Pauline Mondragon (Butter) and Clara Casados, brothers, Ray Garcia (Barbara) and Joe Garcia (Lilly), many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. Rosary was recited on January 31, 2017 at Rivera Chapel. Funeral mass was held on February 2, 2017 at Holy Family Church in Pueblo, Colorado. Interment was held at the Imperial Cemetery with military honors.
