Eva R. Gonzales

Eva R. Gonzales, 84, a longtime resident of Pueblo, Colorado and formerly of Tres Piedras, New Mexico became an angel on October 15, 2015. Eva was a business owner and an avid hunter. She was known for her 200 mile coffee and her red chili at the Adobe Diner in Tres Piedras. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose F. Gonzales, parents, Alfredo Romero and Celina Gallegos and brother, Mike Romero. Eva is survived by her 4 daughters, Catherine Gonzales-Tuckey (Thomas), Cindy Gonzales-Soucie (Roger), Veronica Gonzales (Rick Cross), Joella GonzalesGallegos (Valentin), 13 loving grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, brothers and sisters, Mary Martinez, Frances Casanova, Mina Fernandez, Naomi Yanez, Edith Medina, Casilda Estrada, Merlin Romero and Steve Romero, many nieces and nephews. Rosary was recited on October 19, 2015 at Rivera Chapel. Funeral mass was held on October 20, 2015 at La Immaculada Concepcion Catholic Church in Tres Piedras, New Mexico.
