Everardo Ulibarri

Everardo J. Ulibarri – Age 74, surrounded by his loved ones, went to be with our lord Jesus Christ on March 18, 2008. He was born on May 31, 1933. Everardo enjoyed being outdoors, especially ranching. He retired from the Department of Game & Fish in 1996. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Estella Ulibarri; mother, Victoriana Ulibarri; grandmother who raised him, Juanita Ulibarri and brothers: Jose Leon Ulibarri and Felix Martinez. He is survived by his mother and father-in-law: Sixto and Maria Garcia of Los Brazos; brothers: Epimenio and wife Julia of Tierra Amarilla, Rosendo and wife Angie of Los Ojos and Hernando Martinez of Tierra Amarilla; sister, Virginia Martinez-Kegel of Espanola; brother and sister-in-law's: Cordy, Larry, Josephine, Frances and Cruz; children: Michael and companion Marina of MA, Peggy, Jane Tovar and husband Jose, Everardo, Jr. and Susanna Ulibarri all of Tierra Amarilla and Valentin and wife Anjolene of AZ; grandchildren: Jose Angel, Jessica, Victoria, Camille, Ursula, Julio Reza, Joel Leyba, Daniel Leyba, Diego Tovar, Rachael, Claudia, Carmella, Jorge Reza, Valentin Jr., Nicholas, Dominic, Sebastian, Juanito, Jordan and Maria; great grandchildren: Carlos, Kristina and Estella Ulibarri and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, March 23 at 6:00 p.m. at San Jose Catholic Church in Los Ojos. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 at the same church.
