Felix Romero

Mr. Felix Romero, age 79 of Medanales, NM. Passed away on Wednesday May 26, 2010 in Espanola, NM. He was born on September 4, 1930 in Cordova, New Mexico to the late Victor and Veroniz Romero. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Veroniz Romero, his beloved wife Epifania Romero, sister, Donilia Pacheco (Garsedon), brother, Jeremias Romero, and son-in-law Tony. He is survived by his son, Luis Romero and wife Dalla; grandson, Alfonso Wood, 3 brothers, Arsenio and wife Bernie, Moises Romero and wife Matilda, Jose Romero and wife Betty. 2 sisters, Prescilla Romero, and Cipia Dominguez and husband Nestor, and many other special uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Public visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday May 27th followed by a Recitation of the rosary is scheduled at 7:00pm in the Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel. The mass of Catholic burial is scheduled for Friday May 28th at 10:00am at the Holy Family Church in Chimayo. The committal service will be held at 2:30 p.m. at The Santa Fe National Cemetery with military honors.
