Florida Tafoya

Florida Tafoya, 81, of Penasco passed away on February 10, 2006. She is preceded in death by her parents Climaco and Rosabel Medina, sister, Clissy Thompson and brothers Henry and John Medina. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jose Cornelio Tafoya, her children, Susana Vigil (Cipriano), Doris Tafoya (Miquel Romero), Darlene Abeyta (Epifano), William Tafoya and Cleo Tafoya (Terry Murphy, her grandson who she raised Louie Tafoya (Michelle Campos), her grandchildren Felicita Pinon (Alex), Cipriano Vigil (Kim Archuleta), Cecile Gomez (Ronnie), Miguel Romero, Jr. (Rachel), Orlando Abeyta (Stephanie, Aileen Garcia and 15 great grandchildren. Rosary was recited on February 12. 2006 at the Rivera Chapel and February 13, 2006 at San Antonio Catholic Church in Penasco. Mass was held on February 14, 2006 at at San Antonio Catholic Church with interment at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Arrangements by Rivera-Hanlon Funeral Home.
