Floyd Garcia

Floyd Garcia, 74, of Llano Quemado, a longtime resident of Taos County and well known business owner of Floyds restaurant, lounge and bowling alley for over 20 years, passed away on October 25, 2014. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Louella Garcia, parents, Antonio and Raquel Garcia, Brothers, Levi Garcia and Leroy Salgado and sister, Rosie Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Garcia, daughter, Roberta A. Garcia (Amos Jr.), granddaughter, Mia Garcia-Martinez, siblings, Manuel Garcia (Irene), Levi Sandoval (Lucy), Paul Garcia, Willy Garcia (Evelyn) and Nancy Abeyta and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Rosaries were held on October 29, 2014 at St. Gertrude Catholic Church in Mora and on October 30, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Funeral mass was held on October 31, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with interment following at the Pacheco Cemetery.
