Frances R. Barnett – Age 83 a resident of Santa Cruz passed away on Monday, July 3, 2006. She is survived by her husband, Wendall Barnett of Santa Cruz; daughters: Fiona Raul of Janesville, CA and Victoria Cassady of St. George, UT; son, Phillip Simpson of St. Louis Park, Minnesota; and numerous other relatives and friends.
