Francisca Adams

1920 — September 7, 2020

She was called: Mom, Grandma, Frances, Franchesca, Francisca, Frankie and PanchitaShe was a devoted and loving daughter, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.Unfaltering faith and her belief in God’s will was the cornerstone of her life whichmade her remarkably resilient in the face of adversity. She was like the rock that can withstand raging waters in the middle of a stream.Midlife, she was a woman of strong character, opinionated, and a champion for what was right and fair. Always a fighter for a cause at work.In her youth she enjoyed picking wild flowers with her dad for her mom and spendingtime with her grandmother. She was a self-proclaimed outstanding baseball and basketball player in school and enjoyed spending time with her friends dancing to Mexican music and dating.as a mother she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking sugar cookies, and making popcorn balls, peanut brittle, and fudge for her children. She also liked singing children’s songs to them and planning their birthday parties was her passion. In the kitchen, wearing a ruffled apron, she cooked her favorite foods: enchiladas, chile verde con queso and posole. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed she holidays, picnics, parades, fireworks, and parties with them all. She had a great sense of humor, told corny jokes, and in her later years she oftenreminisced about her favorite songs. I can hear her singing,

“Roll out the barrels,Roll out the barrels of fun,Roll out the barrels,The gang’s all here”.

peewee and Linda have been waiting for her with open arms,A joyful reunion awaits her,Go to them We will miss you.

Adios con todo nuestro amor.
