Francisco (Frank) Manzanares

Francisco Manzanares, 73, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2015. He was born January 12, 1942 in Santa Fe, the son of Melaquias and Filipita Manzanares. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary Manzanares;his sister Mary Lou Baca; and brother-in-law Gasper Maestas. He is survived by his daughter Debbie Aranda (husband Nicholas); 3 grandchildren, Nicole, Jamie and Stephen, nephew Billy Baca (girlfriend Laura), niece Andrea Baca; 3 sisters, Rebecca Catanach (husband John), Theodora Sisneros (husband Eddie), Felisha Maestas; nieces Alice Montoya, Vicki Maestas and many other nieces and nephews. Frank served in the Navy for 4 years then following his discharge he worked for and retired from Mountain Bell after many years of service. Thanks to all of our family and friends for their support. A special thanks to PMS and Comfort Care for their loving care during his last few days. A rosary will be recited at 10am on Tuesday, December 29th 2015 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church. Interment with full military honors will follow at the National Cemetery at 12:45pm.
