Francis Raymundo Quintana

Francis Raymundo Quintana, 77, rancher/educator, a resident of El Prado passed away peacefully on January 20, 2015. He was born on September 17, 1937 in Taos to Manuel and Servilia Rivera Quintana. He married Bertha Medina Quintana in 1978. Francis was preceded in death by his father and mother, brothers, Raymundo and Roberto, sister, Adelita, brother in-law, John Garner Gaylord, nephew, John Manuel Gaylord and stepston, Thomas Wagner. He is survived by his wife, Bertha, two daughters, Diana Sanchez (Rudy) of Las Cruces, NM and Angela Quintana of Benton, Arkansas, 3 grandchildren, Rudy Jr., Nicolas and Aiden, one great-grandchild, Tel, mother of his daughters, Teresa Gallegos Quintana of Las Cruces, NM, two sisters, Clara Gaylord and Adriana Adams (Bob) both from Sun City, AZ, one brother, Dennis Quintana (Alice) of Taos, special cousin, Robert A. Quintana from Taos, many Quintana and Rivera extended families and his beloved Chihuahua, Sancho mi ka-boy Quintana. Funeral mass was held on January 24, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
