Frank (Frankie) Martinez

Frank (Frankie) Martinez, 54, a resident of Alcalde, NM passed away unexpectedly on November 19, 2015. Frankie was preceded by is parent’s Vicenta and Francisco Martinez of Alcalce. He is survived by his daughter Angelica Garcia, granddaughter Marikah Garcia, caregiver and best friend Davy Archuleta all of Alcalde. Frankie was a teacher and basketball coach for the Espanola Public Schools for many years. May his precious soul rest in peace! Mass of Christian Burial took place on Monday, November 30, 2015 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Ohkay Owingeh. Burial followed at the Alcalde Cemetery. We the family would like to thank all the community and friends and family for all the calls, food, time, monetary donations and prayers. A special thanks to Marcy Garcia and Mario from Club Lumina, Larry Vigil from the Sangre de Cristo Funeral Fund, Susanna and Benny Trujillo, Jill and Francisco Archuleta, David Garcia and last but not least all the Garcia family for helping out at this difficult time.
