Frank Herrera

Our beloved Frank Herrera passed away on October 10, 2021 surrounded by his family. He is retired from the New Mexico Carpenters Local Union as a Business Agent. He is preceded in death by his father Ramon Herrera and mother Susie Herrera. He is survived by his loving wife Frances Herrera of 59 years, his daughter Sandra (Kenneth), his daughter Diana (David), and his son Frank (Ashley). His three grandchildren, Daria, Alexander and Nicolas. His sister Eloisa (Joe), his brother Joe (Mary Alice), his sister Carrie (Robert), many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Frank Herrera was born in Nambe on December 15, 1939 and lived in Santa Fe up to his passing. He enjoyed frequent family gatherings and travel, be it with work or family. Travel to Europe with family was an especially enjoyable occasion.

Frank will forever be remembered for his kindness, willingness to help others, love of music and singing, his conversation and knowledge of vehicles and his love of family. He especially enjoyed spending quality time with his much loved grandchildren. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude or American Cancer society of New Mexico.

A rosary will be recited Monday, October 25, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne's Catholic Parish followed by a Mass of Cristian Burial at 10:00 a.m.

Frank will be laid to rest following the mass at Rosario Cemetery.
