He was a devoted step-father to Donna Rios (Rudy), David Lopez (Sandra), Debbie Jennings (Roy), and Diego Lopez. He is also survived by his brother, Johnny and wife Ester Quintana  of Espanola, NM, 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Fred is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Amelia, his brothers, Fred and Perry, and his step son-in-law, Rudy.     Visitation services will be on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola from 10 am - 11 am.
