Frutoso Adolfo Maes

Frutoso Adolfo Maes passed away November 4, 2015 at the age of 86 born to Veronice & Juan Ubaldo Maes December 23, 1928 in Santa Cruz, NM. Married to Dora Maria Ortiz Maes. Frutoso proudly served in the US Army during WWII where he achieved the rank of Sargent. After his Honorable Discharge he met and married Dora, together they experienced a fruitful and productive life with Frutoso always bringing a smile to all he met with his unique sense of humor. Frutoso is preceded in death by his grandparents Adolfo and Socorro Maes and Frutoso and Ramoncita Alarid, parents Juan Ubaldo and Veronice Maes, sister Mary Roybal and sister-in-law Kella Maes. He is survived by his wife Dora Maria Ortiz Maes, brother Jose Maes, sister Josefa Giron, many nieces, nephews and other relatives living throughout the state and country. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday, November 11, 2015 10:00 a.m. at San Isidro Church (Agua Fria) followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to San Isidro Church in Agua Fria.
