Gaberial Gurule

Gaberial Dan Gurule, 54, a Colorado Native became one of our heavenly angels on February 4, 2022; two days before his 55th birthday. What a blessing for him to have celebrated his birthday in Heaven with our Lord Jesus Christ. Gaberial moved to Taos a year & a half ago and loved everything Taos had to offer. Gaberial is preceded in death by his father, Joel Gurule. He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Andrea Rivera, his sister Renee Andrea Gurule, his wife Angela Zubia-Gurule, his niece Riah Mae Stottlemyer, his nephew Michael Gene Stottlemyer III and his beautiful children, Gaberial Gurule II, Mario Gurule, Joshua Gurule, Hannah Gurule and Abigail Gurule. Gaberial touched so many lives while here on earth; his love for our Lord Jesus Christ was like no other; he definitely was a messenger of God. He brought hundreds if not thousands of people to Christ by going out and preaching the word during his time here on earth. No matter what situation Gaberial was in, he always made a way to talk about our Lord Jesus Christ to everyone that he came into contact with. Gaberial’s hobby was definitely fishing! If he could fish 24/7, he would have, he had his share of some pretty great catches in his life. He also was able to experience deep sea fishing! Gaberial holds a very special place in all of our hearts for sure and will be forever missed. Gaberial’s memory and legacy lives on through all of his children & each and every one of us who had the honor of knowing him.

Celebration of Gaberial's life will held on Tuesday February 22, 2022 at 11am at the Grace Chapel 901 Alfonso Street San Luis, CO 81152 with burial to follow at Grace Chapel Cemetery
