Gabriel G. Jeantete, Breadman. Our dearly loved dad, grandpa, brother and uncle left us on January 16, 2014. Gabriel graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1967. He served in the United States Army from May 1971 to December 1972. He then earned his degree in horticulture from New Mexico State University. He was employed at a few different companies and agencies but spent the majority of his working career as a specialist in home renovation. He loved working with his hands, and his artistic touches and renovations are present in many of the homes of Northern New Mexico, including those of his family and friends. Gabe had a passion for reading and spent countless hours with books and his daily newspapers. He loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting with his family and friends. He was a charismatic, loving man which endeared him to all he met. He gave and shared all he had without hesitation, always with a big heart and warm laughter. He is preceded in death by his mother, Agapita Fernandez Jeantete, brother, Arnold Jeantete, niece, Susan Romero and his partner, Anita Padilla. He is survived by his father, Gabriel E. Jeantete, his children, Paul Jeantete (Stephanie), Sarah Sparks (Sam), Gabriel T. Jeantete (Susan) and Michaela Jeantete, mother of his children, Doris O. Vasquez, grandsons, Joaquin and Isaiah.
