Geraldine Arebalos

Geraldine Arebalos 87, a resident of Espanola passed away peacefully. She entered eternal life to be with our Lord on September 7, 2021. She will truly be missed by all. Geraldine was born May 9, 1934 in La Puebla N.M. She is preceded in death by her parents Manuel & Marcelina Maestas, brothers, Cornelio, Israel & Richard Maestas. Sister, Felicita Vigil. Brother-in-law Ramon Naranjo. Sons Johnny, Cecelio & Adam Martinez. Daughter Melinda Gonzales. Grandson Johnny Martinez Jr. & Son-In-law Albert Ortiz.

She is survived by her Sisters Lillian (Tony) Guillen & Stella Naranjo. Sons Dennis Martinez (Mary Jane) Waldo Martinez (Lisa). Daughters Carla Leivas (Delbert) Julia Ortiz & Mary Cordova (Frank) Son- in- law Eloy Gonzales along with 27 Grand Children 50 Great Grand children & 9 Great Great Grand-children.

Geraldine loved to sing, she had a beautiful voice and loved to listen to the radio. She loved her Family and was a very caring person. She was blessed with 9 children and loved spending time with them and their families. Vaya con Dios until we meet again. We love you Mom! Brillante Morena! 

 Viewing and holy rosary will begin on Thursday September 16, 2021 at 7:00 PM (Santa Cruz de La Canada). Funeral Mass on Friday September, 17 2021 at 10:00 AM (Santa Cruz de La Canada). Burial will follow at La Puebla Cemetery.
