Geraldine Garcia, 62, of Ponderosa New Mexico peacefully passed into God’s hands on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Geraldine is survived by her husband Louie Garcia of Ponderosa, son Matthew (Celina) Garcia and grandsons Matthew Jr., Levi, and Justin Garcia of Ponderosa, step-daughter Anna (Joseph) Lovato and step-grandchildren Adrian and Monique Chavez, Joseph and Antonio Lovato of Canon, NM, her mother Evangeline Trujillo of Ponderosa, her brother Pedro ( Margie) Trujillo, Jr., of San Ysidro, NM, Sister Carla (Charlie) Lujan of Albuquerque, NM, sister Patricia (Lawrence) Esquibel of Bosque Farms, NM, Sister and caregiver Mildred (Michael) Peck of Ponderosa, and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Geraldine is predeceased by her Father Pedro Trujillo, Sr., and Matthew’s father Richard Augustin Garcia. All services will be held at Santo Toribio Catholic Church in Ponderosa. A Rosary will be recited at 7pm on Friday, Nov. 3rd and at 10am Saturday Nov. 4th, followed by the Funeral Mass. Inurnment will follow at the Ponderosa Cemetery.
