Gorgonio "George" Lujan

Gorgonio "George" Lujan - Age 66 a resident of Santa Fe passed away on Sunday, January 7th, 2007. Mr. Lujan was a local mechanic in Española for many years. He will be remembered as a good man and was always there for the people in his life. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents: Rafael and Elena Lujan; and his son, Paul Lujan. May their souls rest in peace. Mr. Lujan is survived by wife, Donna R. Lujan of Nicholson Georgia; children: Elaine Debbie Beltran and husband Salvador of Ruidoso and Miguel S. Lujan and wife Margaret of Santa Fe; grandchildren: Sherrie, Miguel and Santana Lujan and Dino Beltran; good friend, Rita Sandoval of Santa Fe; sisters and brothers: Mela Romero and husband Robert, Velma Sandoval, Jerry Lujan and wife Gema all of Santa Fe, Ida Berry and husband Lee of Ft. Worth TX, Leroy Lujan, Arthur Lujan and wife Ada and Johnny Lujan all of Santa Cruz and Viki Padilla and husband Gary of Alcalde; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A rosary for the repose of the soul of Gorgonio Lujan will be recited on Tuesday, January 9th, 2007 at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary. Celebration of the Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 10th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada. Cremation will follow the funeral mass and a private family burial will be held at a later date.
