Grace "Gregorita" Gallegos

Grace Gregorita Gallegos, 99, a lifelong resident of Los Alamos passed away after her long battle with cancer. She passed peacefully at the home her daughter Barbara on Friday, May 29, 2020.  She was born in Ojo Caliente on February 5, 1921 to Juan Vicente and Lupita Jaramillo.

 She was preceded in death by her parents Juan Vicente and Lupita, husband Bailon, son Michael, brothers Philadelphio Jaramillo, Roy Jaramillo, sisters Rose Driscoll, Eufelia Ortiz, Erlinda Garcia; she is survived by one sister Anne Trujillo and four children, John Jaramillo (Cathy), Veronica Trujillo (Ray), Gerald Gallegos (Dolores) Barbara Sandoval (Wil) nine grandchildren Monica (Zeke), Jennifer (Jeff), Cassandra, Danual (Monica), Matthew (Tona), Michael (Connie) Cynthia (Bert) Christopher (Angelina), Michelle & Adrian and thirty four great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.  Beloved nieces and nephew Flora Dole, Eileen Trujillo and Lawrence Maes and many other friends and relatives.  The family of Grace Gallegos has entrusted the care of their loved one to Rivera Family Funeral Home of Santa Fe.

A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at Santa Maria De La Paz located at 11 College Dr., Santa Fe, NM followed by Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m.

Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. following the Funeral Mass.
