Elena Helen G. Baca lifelong well known resident of Santa Fe passed away into God's Love on Thursday January 14, 2021 at home surrounded by her children, grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, neighbors and friends.
Our Helen is the Matriarch of the Garcia-Baca family. Our beloved mother lived 101years and seven months she lived the best life during the summer at the Apache Canyon ranch and then in the Fall the family settled up on Gonzales Road where all the Garcia's all lived next to one another until she married Jose Manuel Baca raising and educated all her children at the Agua Fria farm and garden.
Helen's Faith kept everyone in check; to love God with all our heart and to be kind to one another.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents Francisco and Julianita Garcia, In-laws Ramon and Felipita Barela Baca, Siblings: Julio Grande Garcia, Jorge and Victoria Garcia, Remijio and Chen's Garcia, Antonio and Isabel Garcia, Dorothy Garcia, Trini Shelton, Eddie and Ramona Fischer, Agnes Mayer, Soledad and Carlos Moya, Brother-in-law Phil Ulibarri.
Helen is survived by one brother Julio and Sister-in-Law Rosina Garcia and one Sister Eustacia Ulibarri and many nieces and nephews.
Elena loved her children she entrusted God's Hands over her surviving children, grandchildren, Great-great-grandchildren and two Great-Great-Grandchildren:
Son David F. Baca daughters Gloria Felipita Baca, Marie E. Roybal, Dorothy Jane LongChase, Angie L. Baca, Bertha Jewel Cde Vaca. Surviving grandchildren: Darleen and Lee Cde Vaca, Sudden LongChase, Joerome LongChase, and wife Nel LongChase, Keoma LongChase, and Isaac Roybal and wife Cindeca Roybal.
Surviving Great-grandchildren: Aubriana Lizette, Gabriella Alexandra, Tiersa Calabria, Laiyana Sariya, Sincere Derijne, Michael Martinez and Jessica Lee, Jarron Ramirez, Kyle Ramirez, Elijah Roybal and Clastia Roybal also D'Andre, Jaylynn and Noah LongChase
Two Great-Great-Grandchildren Maddox Martinez and Autumn Martinez.
Our longtime neighbors Martinez Family (George, Albert, Victor, Rosa, Maryanne, Dorothy, Carol, Veronica, Danny, David, Benny, Ruth) also Rudy Blea, Tony Escudero, Viola Martinez, Kathleen Sanchez, Laurie and Sonya Martinez,

Funeral Services will be held on February 4, 2021
Rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. and Mass at 10:00 a.m. all at St. Anne's Church 511 Alicia Street Santa Fe NM.
In consideration of Covid-19 restrictions burial as a private ceremony at the National Cemetery
