Henry Z Vigil

Mr. Henry Z. Vigil, 75 of Espanola, NM. passed away on Friday September 19, 2008. Mr. Vigil is preceded in death by his parents Juan de Dios and Epimenia Vigil; sister Mary Alice Vigil, brothers; Guiermo Vigil and Antonio Vigil. He is survived by his son; Pedro Vigil of New Jersey, daughters; Henrietta Vigil and companion Robert Hoekstra of Illinois, Katherine Barrera and husband Natividad of Illinois, Laurie Delgadillo and husband Magdaleno of Espanola, Anita Martinez and husband Rudy of Illinois, Izaak Campos who was like a son to Mr. Vigil, mother of his children Jane Vigil of Illinois, companion, Tina Lucero of El Rito, brother Clifford Vigil of Clovis, sisters; Juanita Valdez of Velarde, Maria Avila of Illinois and Christina Lopez of Illinois, 6 grand-children and 5 great-grandchildren. Public visitation will begin on Wednesday at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary with the rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Velarde, with interment to follow at Velarde Catholic Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Izaak Campos, Martin Valdez, Ricky Lopez, Rudy Martinez, Eugene Johnson, Larry Woods.
