Herlindo Alvarado

Mr. Herlindo Alvarado, age 58 of Alcalde, NM. died peacefully on Friday August 31, 2012. He worked as a weaver at Trujillos Weaving, Ortegas Weaving, and Centinela Weaving, and as a Disc Jockey for KDCE Radio in Espanola. He is survived by his wife Leandra Lopez-Alvarado, parents Elpidio and Flavia Alvarado, children: Melissa Cabrera and husband Samuel of Albuquerque, Edgar Hernandez and companion Marcella of Espanola, Erika Alvarado and companion Melvin of Alcalde, Luis R. Alvarado and companion Anika of Alcalde, Andrea Alvarado and boyfriend Dennis of Alcalde, and grandchildren: Iliana, Ivan, Andres, Mario, Damian, Edgar, Kayleen, and a new granddaughter expected in October, as well as many beloved brothers & sisters and other relatives. A visitation and devotional service were held on September 3, 2012 at the Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel in Espanola. A funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 11:00am at El Buen Pastor Church in Ranchitos.
