Garcia, Ida Josina – Passed away peacefully with her loving husband and family at her side at home early on Saturday, February 11 at the age of 97. Ida grew up the youngest of the family children and helped on the family farm. She supported her husband Rosendo on the small farm they developed together. Ida was always welcoming and compassionate to visitors. She knew many spanish jokes and “dichos” from memory and could easily make anyone laugh along with her. She was a homemaker all her life and was a good saleslady selling alfalfa and apples and other fruits while Rosendo was at work. She kept records like an accountant.
