Ida L. Bustos

Ida L. Bustos, age 79 of Albuquerque, NM. died peacefully on Monday June 4, 2012 in Los Alamos. She was born in Espanola in 1933 to the late Jacobo and Juanita Lujan, and worked with pride for many years as a sales representative for J.C. Penny. Ida was preceded in death by her parents, and also husband Edward K. Bustos, and brothers: Jacobo Lujan, Jr., Robert Lujan, Manuel Lujan, Ricardo Lujan, Dennis "Cheesy" Lujan, Filimon Lujan, and parents in law Seledon and Federica Bustos. She is survived by son Edward G. Bustos of Albuquerque, brother Paul Lujan and wife Nancy of Espanola, and sister Diolinda Herrera and husband Dennis of Espanola, and several nieces and nephews and other family members. In the final chapter of her life, Ida was blessed by the dignified and gracious care provided by the staff at The Aspen Ridge Lodge of Los Alamos. All services took place on June 8, 2012. A rosary was recited in the chapel of Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, followed by a committal service at The Santa Fe National Cemetery. She was respectfully laid to rest with her late husband Edward.
