Irene J. Valerio-Tafoya

Irene J. Valerio Tafoya, 53, of Talpa passed away unexpectedly on February 17, 2013. She is preceded in death by her mother, Augustina Valerio and stepfather, Sam Lucero, brother, Abner Lucero and brother-in-law, Ralph Aguilar. She is survived by her husband, Nick Tafoya Sr., daughter, Cindy Martinez (Richard), son, Nick Tafoya Jr. (Michelle), grandchildren, Haley Fay Martinez and Joaquin Tafoya. She is also survived by brothers and sisters, Gabriel Casias (Isabel), Carlos Casias (Sue), Clarence Valerio (Yolanda), Ivan Valerio (Carol), Sammy Lucero Jr. (Diana), Diana Gonzales (Clarence), Angela Adame (Ismael) and other relatives and friends. Funeral mass was held on February 22, 2013 at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church.
