Isaiah Rodriguez

August 18, 1990 — June 16, 2020

Isaiah Rodriguez, 29, Born August 18th, 1990, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Survived by: Mother Florence Rodriguez and Yvette Griego, Sister Merina Romero, Nieces and Nephew Arielle, Mila, & Dominick Romero.

Preceded in death by Don Rodriguez and Uncle Guy Rodriguez.

As a young boy Isaiah was forever full of joy and laughter, always loving and shining that same feeling of happiness to those around him. Brimming with a sense of adventure, a loving big brother to his sister Merina, or as he would call her “rotten pumpkin “, always partners in crime in whatever adventure or mischief they would get into. As he grew older his wonderful traits never withered, with an unmatched sense of humor, equal only to his giving and compassionate way of being, Isaiah was a talent to behold. His drive in life was steadfast in his pursuit of education. Graduating from Los Alamos High school, he continued his ascent in academics at Arizona State University, proudly graduating at the top of his class with a Bachelor of Political Science awarded the highest honor Summa Cum Laude. But only a steppingstone, as his continued rise in education led him to attend Austin School of law. He was an incredible son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, to those that knew him this was well-known. Survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins who will help keep his memory alive.

He will be forever missed, loved, and never forgotten.

Until we meet again.

There will be a public viewing on Thursday June 25, 2020 from 11AM-1PM at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, followed by a Sermon at 2PM.

A big thank you to everyone’s support and prayers including the Rivera family funeral home during this difficult time.
