Jackie S. Ortiz

Jackie Ortiz, 74, of Talpa passed away on August 12, 2016. She is preceded in death by her father, William H. White. She is survived by her husband, Alex Ortiz, sons, Bob Ortiz (JoAnn), Dan Ortiz (Maria Reveles) and Mike Ortiz (Ashley), grandchildren, Melissa (Ezell Askew), Danica, Alex, Luke and Eli, great grandchildren, Elijah and Jazleen, mother, Lou Ella White, brother, William White (Betty), brothers in law, sisters in law, many nephews and nieces. Rosary was recited on August 17, 2016. Funeral mass was held on August 18, 2016. Both services were held at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home.
