Jake H. Lopez February 9, 1953 - July 5, 2018 Jake H. Lopez, 65 a life time resident of Santa Fe passed away peacefully at his home after battling a lengthy illness on Thursday July 5, 2018. Jake is preceded in death by his parents Carpio & Tiofila Lopez, Brother Gene & Brother in law Joedy Dominick. Jake was a loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather, companion and friend. He was a barber, Jake loved going fishing, hunting and a diehard Green Bay Packers fan, and most of all had faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Jake is survived by his long loved companion Michelle CDeBaca, Daughters Rachel & Rebecca. Grandchildren Nickolas (Andrea), Sarah and Samantha. Great grandchildren Troy & Mila. Brother Phil, Sisters Lita (Carlos) Peggy (Ron) and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Hospice Ambercare, Hans, Stephanie, and David (caretaker). A private family service will be held at a later date.
