James Andrew Miller, 49, of Questa passed away on December 2, 2018. He is preceded in death by his mother, Winifred Legge, grandparents, Billy L. Howard and MW Howard of Dodge City, Kansas. He is survived by his father, Larry Thomas of Questa, New Mexico. There will be a farewell memorial for James Andrew Miller on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 1-3 PM at the Questa VFW. We are asking friends to bring pictures and stories to share with us all about James, aka Petch, Manson, Patches, even Peaches to some.
