Jimmy Roybal 75, a lifelong resident of Espanola, ascended on his journey home March 20, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his Parents, Manuel and Mable Roybal, Father and Mother In-law Manuel and Siria Lujan, Sister Lucille Bustos, Brother in-law Ronnie Lujan, Brother and Sister In-Law Jerry and Katherine Salazar.
Jimmy is survived by his Wife of 54 years Theresa, Sons, Jeff (Michelle), Larry (Rochelle), Mark, Daniel (Darlene), and four grandsons Anthony, Jeff Jr, Lucas, and Logan. His two Sisters, Rosina (Carlos) Vigil, Esther (Johnny) Quintana, and his Brother John E. (Anna) Roybal, Brothers in-law Rueben (Patsy) Lujan, Rudy (Tina) Lujan, and Olga Lujan and several nieces, nephews and numerous other family and friends.
Jimmy’s love for his family was known to all that knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor and will forever be missed. He fought a courageous battle with cancer. He loved traveling with his adoring, loving wife. They traveled the world together and lived a wonderful life. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and showed his four sons what the peace and greatness of being in the outdoors was all about.

Memorial service and burial to be held at the Rivera Family Santa Fe Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021.
