Joann Trujillo

JoAnn C. Trujillo, 65, of Taos passed away on February 1, 2017. JoAnn retired from the Taos County Assessor’s Office and she loved volunteering at the St. James Episcopal and Ranchos Presbyterian Church. She is preceded in death by parents, Claudio and Leocadia Trujillo, brother, Herman Trujillo and great aunt, Katie Martinez. She is survived by her husband, Rudy Montoya, sons, Bobby Trujillo (Cyndi), Ronnie Montoya (Karen), Richard Montoya, grandchildren, Leandra Montoya, Kandice Montoya and Brandon Jaramillo-Montoya, Avery Trujillo and Allison Watts, brothers, Daniel Trujillo and Leroy Trujillo (Ramona), great uncle, Elias Martinez, special friends, Ernestine Velarde, Theresa Singleton, Vivian and Lourdes Jaramillo, Rosemary, James and Danny Cortez, Patsy Romero, many other relatives. Rosary was recited on February 6, 2017. Funeral mass was held on February 7, 2017. Both services were held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with interment following at the Pacheco Cemetery.
