Joe Gonzales

On May 17, 2023 at 11:20 AM Our Lord Jesus Christ called Joe Lawrence Gonzales, age 73,  of Las Trampas, our beloved husband, father and grandfather home. After he accepted the Lord at the age of 29, his main goal was to see all his family and friends saved.  If you ever held a conversation with Lawrence you were sure to hear about Jesus.  

He is preceded in death by parents, Victoriano and Estefanita Gonzales, father in law, Jose Ignacio Lopez, six brothers, Eustaquio, Michael, Jose, Victor, John and Bernie, Two sisters, Alicia Martinez and Ramona Lopez, brother in law, Joe Martinez, Ike Polaco.

He is survived by his wife, Cecilia, son, Joseph Gonzales (Jayme), daughter, Yvette Pacheco (Jacob), one grandson, Gage Pacheco, four granddaughters, Sky Pacheco, Sofia Pacheco, Eva Gonzales, Charley Gonzales, two sisters, Rose Garcia and Otilia Polaco, two brothers, Ermo Gonzales (Liz) and Liberato Gonzales (Josephine), two brother in laws, John Steve Lopez and Tranquelino Lopez, eight sister in laws, Lydia Duran, Carol Anglada, Lillian Roybal, Ruth Gonzales, Rose Gonzales, Diane Gonzales, Eva Gonzales, and Teofila Gonzales.

Viewing will be held at Victory Faith Church 823 Angel Duran Dr, Espanola, NM at 6 PM on Monday, May 29, 2023 followed by service at 7 PM.  Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 11 AM at Victory Faith Church with interment to follow at Las Trampas Cemetery.
