John Lawewnce Archuleta

John Lawrence Archuleta, 72, a resident of La Puebla, NM, passed away Wednesday, July 6th due to a sudden illness. John was a well known mechanic in the Espanola Valley, because of his tremendous and honest ability in his field John acquired many customers who became his friends. John loved traveling, his favorite sports were fishing, camping and hunting, amongst his passion for cooking and his love of family. He is preceded in death by his parents; Felipe and Isabel Archuleta, sons; Johnny E., Richard, Dennis Archuleta, grandson; Christopher Archuleta, daughter in-law; Sally Archuleta, sister; Rosina Archuleta, brother; Leroy Archuleta and a favorite uncle; Claudio Herrera. John is survived by his wife; Jean Archuleta of La Puebla, daughter; Theresa Archuleta (Jason) of North Dakota, grand children; Johnny A. Archuleta of La Puebla, Jasmine Chavarria of Espanola, Elizabeth, Eric Archuleta, great grandson; Marcello Flores, brothers; Ben Archuleta of Denver, CO., Manuel (Patsy) Archuleta of Bernalillo, NM., sisters; Inez Rodriquez, Gerri Archuleta of Santa Fe, very close niece; Nina Rodriguez, godson; Phillip Archuleta, a spoiled Chihuahua named baby and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Recitation of Rosary was held July 9, 2011 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Santa Cruz followed by the Funeral Mass.
