John M. Wickersham ~ On January 30th 2010 my best friend, my husband John M. Wickersham, left his earthly body to join family and friends in heaven. For sixty-five years we held each other thru the hard times and celebrated the good times. He loved hunting, fishing and going for coffee. He laughed a lot and didnt let much bother him. He was born in Wiseman, Arkansas on February 27, 1924. John Served in the US Army, was a retired member of Operating Engineers Union and a member of the United Methodist Church in Velarde. He was surrounded by me, his wife Marge, 5 children 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren as he began his journey all of whom will miss him and love him forever. Privates services will be led at a later date per his wishes. The family wishes to thank Ambercare Hospice for their loving care especially Sue his nurse and Joey his aide. Memorial contributions may be made to Ambercare Hospice in his name.
