JOHNNIE TSO OLIVAS Age 60 of Ranchitos passed away on Friday March 24 in Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his birth father John Harrison Tso, and Sirenio Olivas who raised him, his three sons; Johnnie Olivas, Jr.Christopher Olivas and Dominic Olivas, brothers Juan Estevan and Sotero Olivas and sisters; Maria,Frances and Guadalupe. He is survived by his mother Frances Olivas of Ranchitos, daughters Doreen Campbell of Chimayo and Evangeline Trujillo and husband William of Abiquiu, sisters; Gloria Madrid and husband Luis, Susie Baca and husband Andres, all of Albuquerque, and brothers; Sirenio Olivas, II, Ramon Olivas and partner Juanita Martinez all of Ranchitos, Manuel Olivas and wife Dolores of Santa Fe, Mike Olivas and partner Rachael Edmonds, Danny Olivas all of Ranchitos, Grandchildren; William, Jr.,Jacob, Anthony and Cristobal all of Abiquiu, Zachary and Dana of Chimayo, Dominic, Desiree and Crystal of Espanola, and foster grandchildren Suzana and Manuel. His foster brothers include; Gene Padilla and wife Roanna of Albuquerque, Oliver Torres of San Juan, Jude Torres of Santa Fe and Antonio Gomez of Ranchitos as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Recitation of the Rosary is scheduled for Monday March 27th at 7:00 pm at Block-Salazar Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 28th, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in San Juan Pueblo with Father Terry Brennan officiating. Interment will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Santa Cruz with the following serving as pallbearers: Gerald Viarreal, Oliver Torres, Jude Torres, Patrick Trujillo, Gene Padilla and Antonio Gomez, Honorary Pallbearers will be Manuel, Mike, Danny and Sirenio Olivas, Luis Madrid and Andres Baca.
