Johnny Casados

Johnny Casados, age 78 of Santa Fe, passed away on May 19, 2017. He was born to Maclovita (Montoya) Casados and Juan Jose Casados on February 17, 1939. He is preceded in death by his sister Porfie Vargas and brother-in-law Richard Vargas. He is survived by his his niece Theresa Herrera (Vince), great-nephew Derrick Burford (Yvette), great-niece Brittney Sena (Dominic), great-niece Candice Herrera (Lloyd), great-niece Tiffany Herrera (Jimmy), nieces and nephews: David Vargas, James (Merideth) Vargas, Andy Vargas, Danny (Natalie) Vargas, Dolores Vargas and many more great nieces and nephews. He worked for the City of Santa Fe for twenty years. The Pallbearers will be Vince Herrera, Danny Vargas, Derrick Burford, Jimmie Gallegos, Lloyd Vigil, and Dominic Sena. Public visitation will be held at 5:30 PM with a Rosary to follow on May 24, 2017 at Rivera Family Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday May 25, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Anne's Parish in Santa Fe, NM. Burial will be at the Rosario Cemetery at 11:30 AM. Reception at St. Anne's Parish hall will immediately follow.
