Johnny J. Martinez, 40, of Espanola, NM, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2013, Due to a lengthy illness. He is preceded in Death by his Father, Jose J. Martinez, Mother, Eliza, two brothers Gilbert and Lloyd, grandmother, Pablita. He is survived by his Biological mother, Lupita Martinez, of Espanola, his Spouse, Lorene Naranjo, of Espanola, sisters, Pearl Lopez, of Espanola, Yolanda Varela, of Medanales, Grace Sanchez, of Alcalde, brother, Donald Martinez of Medanales, Godsons, Nicholas Varela and David Ray Lopez, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Rosary was held on September 12, 2013. Funeral was held on September 13, 2013, Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, in Espanola, NM. Pallbearers: Justiniano Varela, Rick Sanchez, Isaasc Sanchez, Toribio Varela, Bernardino Sanchez, Joseph Naranjo, Chuck Baca and Alvin Martinez.
