John Thomas Andre

John Thomas Andre, Tucumcari resident passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in Amarillo Texas. He was born September 28, 1949 in Honolulu Hawaii. John attended Washington High School in Kansas City, KC, class of 1968. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he earned several medals, in 2008, after 37 years of service, John retired from Union Pacific Railroad. In 2014, he earned an AA of Science in Information Technology for the University of Phoenix. Surviving John, is his daughter, Janell Andre and grandson, Isaiah Arias of Albuquerque NM; and his father, Ernest Andre and sister, Tracy Andre of Kansas City KC. Services are Monday, June 18, 2018 in Santa NM. Viewing is from 7:30am to 8:30am at the Rivera Family Funeral Home, 417 East Rodeo Rd. Santa Fe, NM 87505 with interment to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
