Jordan Garcia, 34, of Alcalde, NM, went to his eternal rest on Sunday March 13, 2011. He is preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Cesario and Ernestine Villareal; Paternal great grandparents, Salvador and Celina Garcia; grandfather, Delfino Garcia; godfather, Andres Villareal Jr.; great uncle, Celestino Villareal; uncles, Leonard and Gary Garcia; cousin, Leo Nevarez and brother in law, Jacob Garcia. Jordan is survived by his only son Ricky Martinez-Garcia; maternal mom, Elaine Garcia; paternal father, Lawrence Esquibel ; grandmother, Febye Villareal-Garcia who raised him; a special aunt, Ruby Garcia; godmother, Darlene Trujillo; brothers and sister whom he was raised with, Roland Garcia (Georgette); David Garcia and Darnela Garcia all of Alcalde, brothers, Lawrence Garcia (Kim); Anthony Garcia; Bruce Garcia; sisters, Jill Archuleta (Francisco); Pamela and companion Amor Leyba; Susanna and companion Benny Trujillo; Eleanor Garcia and Angelica Garcia all of Alcalde; special nephews and nieces, Anthony Martinez and Aubrey Garcia; Santiago, Santanna and Kristianna Archuleta; Jose and Josiah Leyba; Jeremiah and Benny Jr. Trujillo; Amariah Garcia; Marikah Garcia; maternal uncles and aunts, Judy Mendoza; Ruby Erives; Dale Garcia; Leon Garcia; Trina Griego; Loretta Garcia; Harold Garcia; best friends, Jason Chacon of Alcalde and George Duran of Espanola. Pallbearers will be: Jose Mendoza, Elier Erives, Francisco Archuleta, Shawn Griego, Amor Leyba, Benny Trujillo and Roland Garcia, Jr. Recitation of the Rosary was held at Rivera Family Funeral Home of Espanola on Wednesday, March 16, at 7:00pm. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday, March 17, at 11:00am at St. Annes Catholic Church, interment followed at Alcalde Cemetery. A memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 6:00pm at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Alcalde, NM.
