Jose Jake Madrid

Jose "Jake" Madrid age 59 of Santa Fe, NM. died peacefully on Thursday May 27, 2010 in Santa Fe. Mr. Madrid was born in Youngsville to Octaviano and Eduvigen Madrid, and was preceded in death by his beloved mother and also brother Ubaldo Madrid and sister Paula Garcia. He is survived by his wife dear wife Lucia Madrid, daughter Eduvigen Madrid and companion T.J. Ortiz of Santa Fe, father Octaviano Madrid of Youngsville, brothers; Orlando Madrid and wife Alice of Gallina, Eloy Madrid and wife Barbara of Denver, CO. and Louie Madrid and companion Janet of La Jara, NM., sisters; Clorida Valdez of Youngsville, Rosemary Madrid of Santa Fe and Barbara Sandoval and husband Gilbert of Velarde, sister in law Mary Madrid of Grants, brother-in-law Joseph Ortega and wife Rosemary of Pleasanton, California as well as many nieces & nephews other relatives. A wake service will be held on Saturday May 29th at 7:00 p.m. at the Rivera Funeral Home located in Santa Fe operating under the name of Santa Fe Funeral Options located at 417 E. Rodeo Rd. Recitation of the rosary will be on Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola. The mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. at San Pedro Catholic Church in Youngsville with interment following at the Youngsville Cemetery.
