Jose Onofre Moya

Jose Onofre Moya age 90 of Chama, NM. died peacefully in the company of his family on Saturday December 18, 2010. He is remembered by his family as a hardworking, honest person who was a good provider. He was preceded in death by his parents Candido and Sophia Moya, his dear wife Maria C. Moya, son Manuel Moya and grandson Mikey Moya. He is survived by his children; Ramona Jacquez of CO., Robert Moya (Linda) of MO., Flora Moya of Chama, Willie Moya of Chama, Erlinda Moya of Chama, Joe Moya (Cordy) of Farmington, Geneva Loya (Carmelo) of CO., Jessie Gallegos (Lorenzo) of CO., Pauline Moya of Chama, Michael Moya of Chama, Steven Moya (Judy) of of Chama, Candido Moya of Chama, Vicente Moya of Chama, Reynaldo Moya of Chama, 47 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren as well as other members of the family. Recitation of the Rosary will be on Tuesday morning, December 21st at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Chama, the Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. also at church with interment to follow at the Chama Cemetery.
