Jose Ruben Lujan

Jose "Ruben"Lujan – Age 93 a resident of Pajarito passed away on Saturday, September 2nd, 2006. He was preceded in death by his parents: Alfredo and Amada Lujan; sister, Endelecia Lujan; brothers: Leopoldo Lujan and Alfredo R. Lujan; brother-in-law, Desiderio Roybal; sister-in-law, Rose R. Lujan; and nieces: Barbara and Lucille Lujan. May their souls rest in peace. He is survived by his sisters: Amada Lujan of Española and Isabel Roybal of Albuquerque; brothers: Augustin Lujan and wife Sennie of Española and Eloy Lujan of Española; nieces and nephews: Mary Agnes Lujan of Española, Dolores Bello and husband George of Albuquerque, Carmella Trujillo and husband Steve of Santa Fe, Waldo Roybal of Santa Fe, Eddie Lujan and wife Marian of Albuquerque, Cecelia Lujan of Espanola, Angela Vigil and husband Larry of Albuquerque, Roland Lujan and wife Judy of Santa Fe and Anita Cottle and husband Bob of California; and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, September 6th, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 7th, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Española. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Roland Lujan, George Bello, Steve Trujillo, Waldo Roybal, Eddie Lujan and Jeff Chavez.
