Josie Garcia

Josie T. Garcia, age 92, passed away from a lengthy illness on November 25, 2015. She was preceded in death by her late husband Alberto Garcia and a daughter, Rita Garcia, her parents Rita and Juan Trujillo, her two sisters, Frocenia Baca and Eloisa Aguilar.She is survived by her son, Alberto J. Garcia (Angela), two grandchildren, Tomas Gallegos (Rhemie), Amanda Munoz (Raul), three great granddaughters, Leticia and Madeline Munoz, Lexi Gallegos, two brothers, Juan and Jose Trujillo, a special and very dear niece, Ernestine Montoya (Ignacio), a very dear brother-in-law Edwin Garcia, many nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.We would like to give a special thanks to the following who were there through this difficult journey: Ernestine Montoya, Edwin Garcia, the Living Center and staff, who were so kind and supportive. Also Mountain Home Health Care and the Hospice Center who assisted with her care.Rosary will be recited on Friday, December 4, 2015, at 7 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Taos, NM. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
