J T Morelan

John Thomas “JT” Morelan, 55, of Texas passed away on August 08, 2021 at Taos Ski Valley. JT was born in 1966 in Pecos, TX. He was an entrepreneur that launched multiple successful businesses. JT is well remembered for his desire to help others. He always looked out for the well-being of his neighbors and family. His love of gardening led to him being known for his tomato “trees”.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dickie Booth Morelan and Marian Maxine Fetterhoff Morelan, brother, Dale Bryan Morelan, and daughter, Rebecca Nichole Morelan-Marra. JT will forever be remembered by his wife Diane Lynn Morelan, sister, Paula Kay Morelan-Sayan, sons, JT Morelan II and Derek Jay Matta, daughter, Tiffany Diane Mead and son-in-laws, Shane Tyler Mead, and Michael Marra. JT will also be forever remembered by his niece Umran Cephanecioglu and multiple grand-children and extended family and friends.
