Juanita Aragon

     Our dear mother Juanita Aragon, sadly passed away at home March 15, 2024, at the age of 82. She was a wonderful wife and mother, who was always there when we needed her. She was born in La Cienega. She married Benito Aragon on September 16, 1961 in Santa Fe. 

     She is preceded in death by her husband Benito Aragon, sons Benjamin and Robert.

     Parents Ruben and Dolores Gurule and father and mother in laws Ross and Lucinda Aragon. She is survived by her son Ruben Aragon (Dolores) daughters Cindy Marquez (Gerard), Anna     Aragon (Sean) grandson Jacob Aragon, great grandson Anthony Aragon Baca, great granddaughter Arriana Aragon Green, sisters in laws Ruby & Fred Lujan, Cecelia Ortiz. 

     Juanita was a meticulous office/business manager for Gulf Oil, and The Senior Army Advisors, NM National Guard. Thank you, Amber Care hospice, family & friends for your love, prayers,& support. 

     Servies will be held at St. Johns the Baptist Church, 1301 Osage. A rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2024, followed by Mass at  11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery 1:00 pm.
