Julia (Julie) Montoya left this world to be with our Lord in the early hours of January 25, 2022. Her warm smile and caring personality will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Julie was born in Cleveland, New Mexico on July 25, 1935, she was born the third of four children. She was a wonderful mother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jose Abel Mondragon and Amelia Mondragon, as well as her beloved husband Louie Montoya, step-sister Verona Gutierrez, step-brothers Isidoro Mondragon, Tony Mondragon, and brothers Benny Mondragon, Maximo Mondragon, and David Mondragon.
Julie is survived by her only son Louie Anthony Montoya, and numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in Santa Fe.
A rosary will be recited on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 9:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church, followed by a mass at 10:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the Rosario Cemetery.
