Kevin L. Rucker, 51, of Rio Rancho NM passed away on May 12, 2023, unexpectedly. Kevin was born in Tulsa Oklahoma in 1971, to Joyce Phillips and Harold Williams.
He was a graduate of Highland High School and a Navy Veteran where he served 6 years. Kevin worked in the civil engineering field and was an expert senior civil designer for over 25 years. Kevin was a loving husband, dad, grandfather, son and dear friend. Kevin met his wife in Albuquerque NM, and they would have completed 24 years of marriage in June. Kevin's passion in life was designing roadways, riding his Harley, and was a loyal Cowboys and Sooner fan. Anyone who knew him knew that he loved to barbecue and his forte was smoking meat.
Kevin carried many titles but one of his favorites was “Pampo”. Kevin was a shining light in this world and was an absolute joy to be around. He will be missed more than words can express.
