Lalo Salazar

Lalo Joe Salazar, 73, of La Cieneguilla, NM, died peacefully at his Chante surrounded by his loving familia on March 6, 2022.

Lalo worked most of his life in construction and landscaping, but was a jack of all trades.  He took pride in his familia and friends always calling him for help with their projects.

Lalo was a strong, kind and loving man.  Lalo will be missed and loved by those who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Fedelino and Fedelina Salazar, sisters; Mary and Nellie, brothers; Raymond, Ignacio, Jerry, and Henry.

He is survived by his son; Richard Luke Salazar (Vanessa), granddaughters; Ariana and Reyna, grandson; Lucas, His Hon; Anna (20years), sisters; Julie Fode (Steven) and Kathy Rose Villegas (Jose).

Pallbearers; Lucas, Vincent, JoJo, Rick, Ray, and Pat.

Honorary Pallbearers; Ariana, Reyna, and Stephanie.

A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 417 East Rodeo Road Santa Fe, NM 87505 Rivera Kiva Chapel of Light. Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at San Isidro Church with burial to follow at San Jose Cemetery in La Cienega.
